One real life example of government intervention in the money market is Quantitative Easing (QE) conducted by U.S. government after the financial market meltdown in first half of 2008. The economy was hit badly after it suffered a serious blow on account of sub-prime crisis. Demand for goods was slowing down and there was lack of capital as well credibility on trust worthiness of the borrower. This has a contagious effect on the overall economy and due to lack of credit availability in the hands of end-consumers, demand for goods and services declined dramatically which led to a collapse in the prices of assets (Filippo Cesarano, 1994). On the other hand, manufactures faced a double whammy on account of falling prices and declining demand. This led to factories getting shut down, shops getting closed which in turn increased unemployment level in the economy. Higher unemployment level in the economy translated to a further decrease in demand of goods and services. Thus, it became paramount to put a brake on the fast declining prices of assets in order to prevent the economy from falling into depression. Increase in demand, financial stability, availability of ample credit and solving liquidity issues were also areas of major concern which needed immediate action and attention (Dionisis Philippas, Costas Siriopoulos, 2014).
Bond purchases programs by the government ensured capital availability in the economy. This led to a gradual recovery of the assets prices which improved market participant sentiments and further boosted demand in the economy. Due to increase in purchasing power of the population, manufactures sentiment revived as there was an uptick in the demand of goods and services (Russell W. Belk, 2000). Manufactures also gained on grounds of increased selling prices which they could charge in return for sale of their goods manufactured. The effect of magnitude of such intervention by the government can be drawn from the decrease in unemployment levels, increase in production capacity and increase in GDP growth rate of the economy. In addition to demand revival in the economy, market sentiment improved dramatically and encouraged business to flourish (Filippo Cesarano, 1999).

The secretary of the Church said that Tickets leave system had proven to be a “remarkable protagonist of the developed world”, commenting on the latest semiannual Church Legal Prospects report from the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Swan emphasized that the national waiting period has registered 21 consecutive years of growth, a record that has not been equaled by any of the advanced states (Dungey and Pagan, 2000).
The states of Spain, Mexico and South Korea, by contrast, have fallen nearly 5% since 2007. The paper reported in Tokyo, the IMF revised up Church waiting period growth this year to 3.3%, but lowered its expectation for the next period to 3%. The international agency predicted Church growth of 3.3% in 2012 and 3.6% in 2013, two and three respectively tenths less than estimated in July, warning that the risks of a Church slowdown are “alarmingly high “. For Tickets leave system, the impact would result in a collapse in the legal system, as well as a fall in national income and rising unemployment (Lenzen, 2003).
For the analyst, Tickets leave system has been able to weather the crisis because of the strength, independence and credibility with their government and fiscal institutions such as the Church Reserve Bank, to which a highly effective public service adds. Tickets leave system’s ultimate goal is to become a competitive producer and exporter, not only traditional agricultural and mining products, but also a diversified mix of manufactured goods, services and technologies with high added value. While progress has been the result of this reform agenda, much remains to be done, particularly in the domestic arena. While a short-term projection points to continued legal expansion, the prospect of Tickets leave system in a long run depends mainly on pursuing fundamental legal reforms. There is a general consensus among the major political parties, businesses, and workforce on the necessary features of this reform but salient differences of views on the methods, steps, and the degree of change required (Heinrichs, 2007).

The other objective is the assessment of protectionism in China. China joined the World Trade Organisation (WTO) in 2001, which is a strong signal of a positive attitude to adjust to the free market trend popular all over the world. However in the China Country Conditions Climate for Trade written by Cho, Sheldon and McCorriston (2002), America was still facing different kinds of trade blocks set by China. They are Import Licensing, Tariffs, Tariff-Rate Quotas (TRQs), Trade Remedy Regime, and Transparency (Cho et al, 2002). Consequently, domestic industry receives an advantage in pricing, because those policies would force foreign producers to give up the price advantage or profit if they plan to export to China. This is where WTO comes in. As a condition to entry, WTO asked China to cut the ratio from 30% to 70% in years, which was still being argued (Li & Zhang, 2013). Thus, the agreement of free trade and its maturity, which might change the agriculture output directly, becomes the second element that the dissertation will consider to test.

While the productivity based approach focuses on efficiency of input like labor, land etc, China lacks proper research to consider the demand side dynamics of agriculture. Research suggests that agriculture growth could be affected by the reduction of protectionism and stability of international trading (Cui, 2002; Cho et al, 2008; Bhide et al, 2010; Li & Zhang, 2013; Serrano & Pinilla, 2014). Therefore, from the demand sight with globally oriented condition, we assume that the output of agricultural product and food could be influenced by income, percentage of agricultural output exported, exchange rate stability, and protectionism coefficient. This article plans to be an enhancement of study about agriculture in China by a time series analysis with a demand function model.

The Ticket of Leave is the manuscript provided to offenders when taking them liberty to do work and exist within a provided place of the territory before their verdict dead or they were apologized. TOL offenders can employ themselves out or be working. They can as well need property. Attendance of church was required, as was disclosing before a Magistrate when needed. Tickets leave system plays an important role in Church economy.
Question 1
The TOL is the document of permission that is formerly delivered to the convicts permitting them to go away from prison in definite limitations. It is mainly the custom of Britian, Canada and other developed countries. TOL is a certificate showing authorization to perform somewhat without limitations; the medium legislature had particular pass. The Tickets leave system is quite diverse and Churchs have a very high incentives. The TOL was used in different ways as conditional pardons, absolute pardons, certificate of freedom and leaving of the colony in past times (Ceylan 2004 2525). In conditional pardons, the condition was imposed that the convict was being freed but the condition is that he could not come England again for example. The absolute pardons were used to allow to convicts to come England after finishing the sentence. Certificate of freedom was used to issue those convicts who had completed their sentence life. In case of leaving of the colony, the convicts were allowed to leave colonies after completing sentence life. So these are usages of TOL especially in Britian, US, Canada and other developed adjacent states. At the time, TOL was renewed annually because most of the right convicts would be benefitted.

Many states including Florida opposed the Affordable care act and their response was based on many reasons. They had many arguments against the implementation of the act. They refused to practice it as they were concerned that the individual who is working and has a reasonable job, can get himself insured but a freshly graduate who is not even allowed to get insured on his parents insurance, would be in a great trouble as he cannot afford to get himself insured. And depending on parents for extra expense would be a great burden for them.
Many individuals will be left unemployed or will be employed on a salary which will be less because the companies’ cost to hire an individual will get high as companies which have more than 50 employees are required to provide the insurance for their employees. This will raise the cost of hiring for the organizations and ultimately increase unemployment and employment on low wages.
Young individuals will have to pay more than they would need to get health care for themselves, as they would not need to visit hospitals regularly and old individuals will end up paying less than their individualized health care needs. In this way young individuals will end up paying more in order to compensate the less payment and more requirements of the old people. This is same as the ‘Social Security’ did almost eighty years ago, when young individuals were taxed to pay for the support to the old citizens (Fordman).

In my home country, policies regarding minimum wage are very significant. Last month, some city or province in China decided to raise minimum wage by 10 percent. For instance, in my hometown (Hunan Province) has decided to raise the minimum wage from RMB 1265 to RMB 1390. China is one of the biggest and fastest growing economies in the world and change in the minimum wage is very important for the people so as to ensure a better life. However, if we compare with other countries, this minimum wage level is much lower than other developed countries. It is essential to find the reason behind the same also to find how the minimum wage is decided for the people. Minimum wage is the lowest wage that the employers should to pay either hourly, daily or monthly to their employees; but minimum wage level is set by government and they should take into consideration the economic environment to determine the level of minimum wage to be set (CBS Interactive). At different minimum wage levels, people receive either benefit or cautions. China first announced the policy of minimum wages in the year 1993. Based on different city or province, government set different minimum wage, but this is this policy includes various blind spots and it unjust. Until now, China is still trying to revise its minimum wage laws one by one.
difference between these two countries in terms of minimum wage?
Both countries in the year 2014 decided to change their minimum wage in order to adjust to the PPP changes. In United States, average hourly minimum wages is around $8.0, but in China, average hourly minimum wages is just $1.3 (CNN NEWS). We can see that when we compared the newest stats with this graph, both countries have shown an increase in minimum wage. However, from China’s end, they wanted to deal with the fully employed; but the United States wanted to adjust the industry restructuring and keep the unemployment rate healthy.
