The staffing in the year 2015 was around 28% which has increased from 26% in the year 2014. The profit before the tax in the 2015 is around 7% which was around 12.5 % in 2014.The employees of the company include eight guides who are working on full time basis and the four guides are working on the contract basis. 3 out of the 14 guides have a very high experience in guiding while 3 have a high experience, 3 of these guides have a medium experience while three of the tour guides has a low experience. The number of languages spoken by the guides is ranging from one to four. The guide naming Dary, Mike and Simon have the low experience. Simon is the nephew of one of the directors.
