The Teacher’s Union will certainly feels accomplished due to the outcome of this strategy because in this manner they can achieve zero layoffs and simultaneously the Board of Education will be able to hire new as well as experienced teachers. In this manner, Teacher’s Union will be able to satisfy and improve the betterment and welfare for their teachers and will also be able to improve the overall quality of education. We have taken the principal challenge for a co-operative plan. We have tried to ignore our initial position as a mere guide and have made a target of 32 students per teacher and have than taken an interest-based approach.
By creating a mutual agreement, we decided to increase the working hours of teachers and we were able to make a decision which would have been beneficial for the teacher trade union and it will also help to satisfy our mutual interest and will certainly help in improving the quality of education. Our target initially was a job which was comprised of usual office working hours. But we had also recognized the role of each and every other party and we had also expected to change their opening offer which can further help to reach for a mutually beneficial agreement.
