Based on the staffs’ view,the training time is depends on different teaching ways and methods. To be more specific, for instance lectures are often last for 2 hours, out-door activities are last for one day or two days. The training time of lectures are suitable while the training time of out-door activities are a little bit long especially 2 days. The staff explained that in most situation, out-door activities require trainees to participate in some games or competitions to training trainees. These activities consume trainees’ physical strength thus trainees always feel tired. And the out-door activities often arranged on weekends, after training trainees have to go back to work which lead to them exhausted. As for the question of communication between trainers and trainees, from the staff’s opinion, trainer will sometimes communicate with trainees. Trainer will ask some feedback about the training contents and training lessons. But not all the suggestions that trainees give will be use in the training lessons.

Analysis:
The research supports that the company shouldreduce the training time for out-door activities especially 2 days’ out-door activities or reduce the training tasks for trainees. Training staff too many contents in one training lesson will cause tried and unsatisfied to staff. A suitable training time for staff is an important thing in training design. Thus, reduce training time or training tasks and find a suitable time to do the training are the significant things for the company to deal with.
