It is evident that in our initial plan, hiring of new and inexperienced teachers may create a conflict of interests between have the right quality of education and in balancing the school budget. Interestingly, our school was able to expand and improve in aligning the primary interests of our students with the skills of the teachers. Thompson (2012) states that by having sufficient skills in our primary interest will certainly lead to our goals, objectives as well as having clear positions.
From the Newton dispute, it is evident that the teachers union may want a new contract which is according to their contractual needs and the contract must be totally based around on it. The core interest in this topic was certainly in the ever increasing salary and benefits for teachers which had started at the very early in the period. It is evident in this scenario because the expenses of the teachers are increasing on a regular basis.
