Positive CSR will lead to the company to thrive and the opposite will be observed in case the companies have no CSR policy in place. It is also imperative that the companies give a lot of importance to the building of CSR and continually revalue their process.
This must be dynamic variables that address the needs of the situation. The developing of a positive brand image requires the company to continually evaluate. The persistent efforts by the company are needed for the sustenance of the company in the modern times.
Unethical practices, negative brand image, and scandal can lead the companies to lose consumers, also would lose their potential sales. There will be sustenance issues for the company to sustain. In this situation of extreme competition, the companies must develop their niche consumer base. In the case of scandals, there will be considerable loss in the consumers. It has been anticipated that the companies will garner the support of the lost consumers by developing effective CSR strategies. Nongfu water, Fiji water, and TEI company were the three companies that were analyzed in the processes. It was found that these companies were able to look into the existing processes, determine the areas of vulnerability and develop a feasible action plan that enabled the company to gain back lost consumers and gain accolades in the process. The three companies were able to develop innovative processes based on the subjective needs of the companies. The future research that is developed should be garnered towards developing innovative CSR practices to restructure the processes.
