In general to overcome the issue of guilt trips in me I need to accept the fact that in real life each event and situation cannot go in my favour and there can be many places where I can face things to be exactly appositive to my consideration (Collins, M.M., & Fontenelle, D.H. 1982). Other people are also at liberty to make choices that I may not like. I need to express things kindly, and accept disappointments graciously as well as trying to be happy in all types of situation. For managing the issues of short temper I must become aware about the situations when I get angry and frustrated and what the causes of it are. Often causes are much deeper than the issue (Kaplan HI, Sadock BJ. 1998). One needs to be calm on such situation and talk about things peacefully under the situation of anger. Step out from interactions where I feel angry and would not make re-entry until I can control my own anger, feelings and speak calmly. While feeling jealous I should think for a moment think that this jealousy would hurt only me. If I have the wish of improving my situations and develop harmonious relation with others I must modify behavioural activities, I need to take action in this regard rather than feeding the drawbacks of my personality. Along with these solutions there are few other ways of dealing with the issues of self behaviour which includes Positive reinforcement, Negative reinforcement, Extinction, Avoidance etc.
