在这个阶段,小组成员在没有压力的情况下开始工作,同时也发展了人际交往能力。这种行为显示了团队的凝聚力。通过与团队成员的协商和协调,帮助我做出合适的决策(Zepeda, 2014)。之后,在表演阶段,组员完成分配的任务,专注于实现自己的目标。除此之外,可以说小组成员是合作的。而且,这个团队有着独特的个性和独立的表现,这有助于我获得有效的、令人满意的结果。在这一阶段,由于适当的管理,团队成员能够熟练地找到问题的解决方案(Shipp和Fried, 2014)。

Our group wanted to organize a cancer awareness event. I was appointed the coordinator of the group.I divided the work among team members. The work included the activities like getting appointment with the doctor(speaker), getting pamphlets published, making seating arrangements for guests, booking the site, arranging for refreshments, etc.I conveyed the deadlines for getting different activities done through e mails to team members.Refreshments for guests did not arrive on time and there was shortage of pamphlets in the event.In future, I will: Follow up whether the work has been done through a series of e mails to team members. Inquire from members if they are facing problems. Try to help the team members through guidance and suggestions.In the norming stage, team members agreed about their roles and processes for problem-solving.

At this stage, the group member starts the work on the event project without the stress, and also develops the interpersonal skills. This behaviour demonstrated the group cohesiveness. It helps me to take the appropriate decisions through negotiation and harmony with the team member (Zepeda, 2014).After this, in the performing stage, group member perform the task which has been assigned and they focus on attaining their goals. Besides this, it can be said that group members have worked collaboratively. Furthermore, the group has performed with the unique identity and independently that helps to me for achieving effective and satisfying results. At this stage, team members were proficient in finding the solution regarding the problem due to the appropriate management (Shipp and Fried, 2014).
