In the views of Guedes & Faria (2007), that in international business, the major concern of business organization across the international business environment is to manage employees and business operations for the development of organization in the highly competitive business environment. Business organizations are striving hard to manage employees and various business operations efficiently to ensure that the issues associated with the international operation can be managed. It can be said that the management of a business organization in an international business environment is a critical step than operating in the domestic market. The reason behind is that the nature of the business operation in the international market is completely different from the domestic marketing operations and employees from different business environment also present such differences in operation due to change in the categories of work. In this concern, it is important that the cultural diversity and complexity should be given importance and due to the same reason, it has attracted the attention of top management of business organization, which is going to operate in the international business environment. It has been given on the basis of a number of different studies that managers should be highly skilled and talented so that employees can be managed in an integrated manner and performance of employees and organization is increased consequently. In the recent or last ten years, business organization, due to theeffect of globalization, has raised a concern that managers of organization should be highly competent. In the early year, 1990s, globalization demanded large amount of skills and efforts and resources for managers so that the performance of organization and employees can be improved by aligning the aims and objectives of a business organization. With the help of this international management process, business organization and manager of organization deal with the problems and issues associated with different domains (Guedes & Faria, 2007).
