Entrepreneurs are the people who tend to start new business ventures or take initial steps for the betterment of anything that are going through difficulties. I am also playing the role of an entrepreneur and planning to settle up a new business. For launching a business and maintaining a successful growth of it, it becomes important for one to posses some skills and capabilities of entrepreneurs and overcome self drawbacks and weaknesses. This study presents self assessment of entrepreneur’s skills through analysing three major strengths and weaknesses of self. Here I have discussed to what extent I am able to launch a business and sustain its successful existence and what are the areas that can hurdle my path of success in terms of business development and motivating other to get indulge with it. As we all are aware about entrepreneur and how it can motivate others to get associated in team efforts because effective entrepreneurs pose the different skills and knowledge which can be required by different industries or businesses. There are some basic skills that can be found in all entrepreneurs such as communication, motivation, team-building, analytical power, strategic al approach and creative-thinking skills. This study will include different analyses methods like skills audit, tables, figures etc for self assessment.
