This particular plan has been developed for improving the heritage as well as the character of neighbourhood within the city of Yarra. Initially, a brief about the history has been provided to identify the need for the plan and the generation of the strategy. The issues related to the strategy have been discussed and interrelated in an appropriate manner. The issues have been discussed in brief and the key words have been highlighted that contribute in simplifying the process of understanding these issues. Apart from the identification of the issues, evidences have been provided by providing appropriate fact sheet and data. The strategies have been developed in accordance with the fact that there is no clarity in the definition of heritage and several other issues. The plan has been set by following basic principle of integration and deals for focusing upon the issues that the plan should be improving.
The best point about the plan is that benchmarking has been done for ensuring that the plan is being implemented in the best possible way. The targets have been set in the most appropriate way that clarifies the path for the implementation of the process of planning.
