PEST analysis of the organization includes the political, economic, social and technological factors. These factors are analysed as follows.
As the organization is providing its services in more than 50 countries each country has different political environment. Thus, the organization needs to deal with various types of political structures. The internal political environment of the organization is also very much favourable for the organization. Political emissions are also affecting the organization. Politics of each country also wants some profit from the organization to let the organization grow in that country. The organization is also charged for many misconducts and many cases are lodged against them.
Globally, each country has its own economic position worldwide but the main factor that is affecting the organization is that, the prices of gas is rising day by day, due to this, the fairs are also hiking. This is creating various threats to the organization as it is not able to fix their fairs. The difference between the popular prices and the actual prices also increases. The other factor that affects the organization is recession.
As described above, in the SWOT analysis, the competition in the market is increasing day by day. New service providers are coming in the market every now and then. These competitors are sharing the customers and market. The company needs to make various new strategies to be in this competitive market. Company always considers the culture of each market and the country, as the people are very sensitive about the culture. People don’t tolerate anything against their culture. Organization always used to organize big events for the promotion of the organization which helps in attracting various new customers.
The organization always adopts new technology. The application launched by the organization is very user friendly and have the latest technology. This latest technology even includes tracking the position of the vehicle and the drivers. These technologies help the users to find the cab very easily (Brown, 2012).
Thus, the PEST analysis of the organization is very much favourable to the organization but there are still various improvements that is required to be done.
