Now as the research indicates, this form of understanding of the viewer of BBC would actually be a more useful standpoint. Here BBC would understand its audience and at the same time would also be able to construct the news segments in a way that would correspond to the interests of its audience.

Now decision making in the context of this audience might be different in the decision making for the consumer audience. Now according to what the research indicated, in the citizen audience, the viewpoints of the citizen audience would be useful for BBC to construct their experiences with them. Now for constructing such media of science that the audience would be interested, the big corporate would hence be able to run programs in a developmental version, pilots and more to the audience and based on their feedback would then be able to construct more of the same genre for them.
