The study of organization behaviour is very crucial as it supports in understanding the activity of company by evaluating the performances of an individual or the group of the company. It aids in understanding how the organization is carrying out its business activities and how its workforce plays their respective duties and responsibilities. Several factors influence the performance of the employees along with the organizations such as leadership, managerial style, interaction among the employees and job performances etc (Bhattacharyya, 2009). The organization behaviour is important and plays vital role in achieving the organizational goal, improving individual performances, satisfaction, commitment and organizational development.

In this assignment, two different organizations have been chosen which are the Tower Foods Ltd and the Flatrock Ltd. The Tower Foods is the leading food services and facility management provider in Canada and Flatrock is its clients. Flatrock is one of the largest mining firms in the world. The Tower Foods is the service provider of Flatrock and gives food service and facility management to Flatrock from last 40 years.
