The objective of this report is to engage in a discursive analysis of the proposed concept through an application of the literature review. It would propose a conceptual model in relation to the Sweden based manufacturing companies. The end objective of the assignment is to provide reflective insight into the critical dimensions including a GSCM so that the same could be adopted by other business organization.
The figure of the conceptual model provided herein is indicative of the relationship between the GSCM practices, sustainable performance and environmental collaboration that could be adopted by the Volvo Group of supply chain distributors. It could be, therefore, implied that initiating a collaborative supply chain relationship by the Volvo group would be founded on trust, loyalty, commitment, negotiation fairness and awareness.
