In the case study, it is presented that the Islamic Development Department has issued very strict notice on who could make use of the Halal logo’s and why. Now customers and other social units could be called the external stakeholders. It is seen in research work now that the customers are important external stakeholders. There are similarities and differences in some interests and in some ethical concerns. Both the external and the internal stakeholders want beauty care products that are safe to use.
