In case of far transfers the trainees apply the training knowledge in the situations which are different from those in which he got trained. Horizontal transfer of training refers to the transfer of training in different situations but at the same level. Vertical transfer means the transfer of skills and knowledge gained in training sessions to organizational levels for the improvement of outcomes at organizational level.
