Successful isolation of E.Coli DH5 Alpha was done and proved that they were able to sustain and kill the other E-.Coli strains. TY medium nutrient broth was consistent with Tryptone 8, 5 yeast extract, 5 sodium chloride whereas the nutrient agar was inclusive of a layer in the base with 0.5 per cent, peptone with 0.3 percent from extract of yeast, Sodium Chloride to be 0.5 per cent with adjustment of PH to neutrality along with a top most layer.
