Triana et al (2015) has well researched information on cultural diversities in America and the responses from inhabitants on the same. This source will help me in terms of analyzing the psychological impacts due to racial discrimination in the workplace and other commonly visited locations. Having identified flaws in the legal aspect, the source also explains about Civil Rights act and relative deprivation theory. The related variables that influence racial discrimination in the country are identified by the authors and they would be used in my research as well to suggest better results.My research predominantly relies on identification of vulnerable groups to racial discrimination and the strategies that are already in existence in the country. Perhaps, the source can remain supportive in knowing the problems faced in the society, culture, family, finance, organization and country on the whole due to discrimination and gaps across countries because of the same reason. The documentary video comes up with a lot of information and shows that employment is one such arena where discrimination is highly visible. The source will bring in a reliable discussion with valid data for my research. Additionally, racism review details the impacts that discrimination has had in the last 60 years. The idea of my research is to know how it has prevailed in the life but the source appears to be much sufficient in igniting the learner on areas where it prevailed and will prevail in the future.
