Service organisation understands emotional attachment of consumers with the product. Physical evidence helps an organisation to communicate messages and information relating to the product. Consumers are human and human’s emotional fluctuation varies with situation. Thus, competitors offering products in better design and layout may end up taking away market share from players with good quality product. The impact of physical evidence on consumer’s mind has forced service organisations to carefully formulate and implement product development policies (Kumar, N., Kapoor, S., 2015). Product is the face of any service organisation. Increasingly, organisations globally have emphasised on design and packaging of the product. Though quality is a more sustainable trait, physical evidence too have both short and long term impact on product demand. Service organisations have been prudent in their assessment of competitors’ products. Analysis and evaluation reveals that organisations offer similar products in comparisons to their peers. However, presentation of the service helps in brand building and image creation in the eyes of the consumers.
Physical evidence helps consumers to differentiate and make note of key highlights regarding the product (Kupers, W., 2014). Consumers are willingly to pay higher prices for a fancy product packaging due to increase in associated value of the product. In addition, physical evidence leaves an imprint on the customer and helps in easy recognition of the product among different products available in the marketplace. Thus, organisations use physical evidences for creation of unique experience for the customers through different strategies and techniques. Organisations with sound processes in place are well recognized and command respect from consumer and regulatory bodies. Process is the flow or movement of goods and services from different channels for ultimate deliver to the customer. A sound and effective process ensures timely delivery of the product to the customer. Timely delivery of the product translates into higher consumer satisfaction level. In addition, excellent processes improve employee and organisational performance and optimize value for shareholders. Process refers to arrangement of activities in an ascending order for value addition through production of required output after input of resources.

第一,将所有信息整理成一个报告;

Western societies have been changed over the last forty years. It could be called as mere assumption that man and woman behave differently in terms of goods consumption. But, this assumption has become outdated for marketing experts and purveyors. The different aspects of gender and identity are being researched since 1960, which suggests the impact of these variables on consumer culture and consumer behaviour. Gender and gender identity have attracted substantial amount of researches. Gender has given great impact on consumer behaviour and culture. The earlier researches on the gender roles have informed that the process of consumption, shopping for gifts, involvement in leisure activities, fashion, and choices for brands were highly associated with femininity and masculinity (Palan, 2001). All the previous studies suggest that gender is an important predicator in understanding consumer culture. Some researchers also states the ‘sex’ is the better predicator then gender. Sex is considered to be self explainable and describes feelings, choices and attitudes. The gender identity could be understood with two theories. First is gender schema theory, and this theory was presented by Bem in the year 1981. This theory states that “Individual acquires and display traits and attitudes and behaviours, which are consistent of gender identity.
Gender identity is the organizing principle though which individuals process information about themselves and the world around them, although the ability of the gender identity to have such an effect varies depending on whether or not an individual is sex-typed” (Palan, 2001). Second theory is called as Multi-factorial gender identity theory. According to this theory, gender is multi-fractironal, “masculinity and femininity are conceptually distinct from gender role expectations, attitudes, preferences, and behaviours” (Palan, 2001).In the post modern society the effects of gender are becoming more clear and precise. The consumers of different products are now engaging in forming and maintaining the sense of gender and identity. They display this through the choices they make for buying products and brands. The gender identity in the current consumer culture has become blurred, as consumers have changed the traditional way of gendered image. Now, consumers are buying products that display their own gendered image so that they can show their self made gendered image to others (Palan, 2001). The new gendered images of the consumers go beyond traditional gender and identity division. Gender, sex or identities are not viewed according to the traditional roles.

From analysis of the literature review that was previously done the importance of culture theories was collected. In this the relevance of generic theory versus culture theory was probed. It was found in the research that more importance was given to culture model that addresses the modern requirements of the company. The literature review and analysis of data from various sources also bolstered this argument. Hofestede model, GLOBE model and Schien model discusses in detail about the importance of culture that was involved in devising of a management strategy. Gap in the research analysis that was conducted was that generic models of management policy could have been more critically analyzed. Empirical analysis and exploratory primary research data has been used in the literature. The purpose of this was to ensure that there is holistic and comprehensive understanding of the macroeconomics and the individual culture of the South Korean companies. To analyze and to present key ideas of the literature review the following narrative style has been used. To further bolster the argument a number of different resources has been used along with the existing resource. This is to make sure that the literature review covers all the aspects. This would ensure that there is comprehensive analysis of the system.
The research has been attempted to find relevance in the modern day organizations with Denisons theory, Hofestede theory, Schien theory and Globe theory. This explains how the companies in the modern era are influenced by other cultures. There is a different dynamics, which keeps changes. This has been probed in detail in the following literature. Initially general theory of corporate culture has been probed.Denison theory of management states that any organization operating should have a strong corporate management policy that fosters involvement, consistency, adaptability and strong core values (Denison, Nieminen, & Kotrba, 2014). According to Denison it is the same case with companies operating across the spectrum. There is no real consideration for the modern new age companies that have employees from different cultures (Barrick et al., 2015). People from different cultures are found to operate and function in different ways to reach their goals.

Galper (n.d.c.)
Galper (n.d.c.)

Another helpful tip that Galper (2015) has provided is treating the buyers in the same manner as you would like to be treated. Cold calls that involve dealing with sellers who bombard you with product related information is not something I find appealing. I think a better approach is to provide the buyers with enough space to gain information about the product without feeling the pressure to make a purchase afterwards (Unlock the Game, n.d). An example has been provided in the newsletter, where a direct selling interaction was made pleasant by excluding the price related information of the product. This act has communicated with the buyers that the seller only intends to show the demo of the product and they can feel comfortable to watch the demo without feeling the need to buy it at the spot (Unlock the Game, n.d). This technique works well when a person engages in direct sales during a social gathering such as a party. Looking at the demo without being judged for not buying makes the sales interaction a trust based one. Galper (n.d.c) has further stated that using the standard script for making sales call for direct selling is impersonal, thus having lower chances of landing a successful sales transaction.
Galper (n.d.c) has encouraged the sales people to replace the sales script with a more natural flow of communication which is likely to make the interaction with potential buyers more informal. The focus of the conversation should be on solving the issues of the buyer, instead of emphasizing the idea of making a purchase and making traditional style sales pitch (Galper, 2015).The same transactional selling approach can be used in classroom context for selling my ideas. For example, while working in a group project, I can use persuasion tactics to encourage the group members to adopt my ideas and focus for the project. The trust based selling in case of classroom is also beneficial. For instance, during a conflict I can ask the other party to share their apprehensions and communicate my willingness to strive to resolve these issues. Instead of telling them about my own needs, I will focus on their needs to create trust and flexibility in the other partyand go ahead with the mutually agreed solution.

Clarysse and Kiefer (2011) describes that appropriability indicates the degree to which a firm can make profit and this in turn depends on the protectability and freedom to operate. Protectability defines the degree to which the creator can protect the crated work from competitors, and freedom to operate indicates the freedom of the creator to operate in business without infringing the property rights of others. Rogers had created an original piece and he had the protection by way of the Copyright statutes applicable in the US by law. Copyright falls in the category of original expression by an artist who has used knowledge and information for making the creation and has full rights to use the same the way he or she wants by way of law, and at the same time protect it from getting infringed by other entities for personal use (Poltorak and Lerner, 2011). Copyright is a formal intellectual property rights and Rogers held the same formal rights to his picture (Palfrey, 2012). Copyright prohibits others from distributing copies for sale, lease, or rental, from reproducing the work, from derivative works based on the original piece, and from displaying and performing the work publicly (O’Hara, 1999).
The time period for copyright of a picture is at least granted for 25 years. Thus, Rogers has the full right of defending his work which he originally produced and can prohibit it from being used by anyone without his notice or permission. Rogers makes his living by creating, publishing, marketing, exhibiting, and making use of his copyright over original piece to sell products in the market. Rogers had printed the picture of the puppies on the post card, and had been selling it in the market, and the picture also had a copyright sign which Koons supposedly forgot to see or simply did not acknowledge, its presence. Rogers had been selling the post cards with the copyright signs on it which had the puppies’ picture on it. When Rogers filed a lawsuit against Koons and his representing gallery, Sonnabend gallery, he accepted that the post card with the picture of puppies was purchased in a tourist location and after purchasing the card he tore off the copyright part, and found it to be familiar, typical, and commonplace which also matched with his other picture collection where people were holding their pets along. Koons viewed the picture as a part of mass culture which was typical and found to be happening on everyday basis.

Once I decided on what I wanted to present, the second work was on how I wanted to present it. A genre was not really necessary for this production as the production was more of a mini movie and theme needed to be represented more than the genre. There are many happy themes that one can select with respect to representing space and body. However, the first choice that came to me was horror. Horror appeals to me in many ways, in real life I believe in learning more of the art and production techniques from horror movies more than I ever did with other genre of movies. So I believed in using the horror genre in the movie. In including the horror genre, the first thing I did was to review the existing horror movies on how this production could be done with the given time frame in a more unique way. Watching a couple of horror movies, the first thing that stuck me was how time had been used in the movies. Now as stated earlier once I decided to use only space and body, I wanted to be focused only on those aspects.
I did not consider time as I did not want to clutter what I was representing and I wanted to be perfect in what I was doing. However, I had to include the time aspect, as I wanted the piece I produce to also represent the thrill that comes with horror seeking in movies. Now in conceptualizing the horror story, I decided that there should be multiple spaces projected in the movie. I believe this is strength as most American Horror stories are indeed focused on multiple spaces. The concept of the forest in fact is seen to be considered as a norm in horror movies. I wanted to use the forest space, but I was not aiming to use more shots of a forest, just one single shot and have my character presented in the shot in a bizarre way which confuses the viewer in terms of time and space. The strength of using the forest as observed in other horror works is that the forest brings a sense of disorientation and a feeling of isolation. The viewer will be disoriented immediately, as the focus of the movie transits from a home space to the forest space.

After analyzing Electra Products, we come across two major communication issues prevalent among the organization as follows:Lack of Feedback: As we can see that Electra Products’ primary motive of implementing empowerment is to overcome the problems created by no feedback policy that is prevalent in the organization. Employees were neither empowered nor were their feedbacks and reviews welcomed to be incorporated in the decision-making process of the organization. This served as one of the negative factors since employees concerns and issues were not raised and heard by the management that created further nuisance in terms of lost market share and an obsolete product line (Pirraglia, 2016). Now, management has realized their mistake and is now on the verge of implementing empowerment among its employees to make their business models more flexible and reflective of employees’ ideas and feedbacks. Secondly, organization’s failure to accommodate employees’ feedbacks have made more bureaucratic in terms of structure and practices. This communication issue has led the company towards dire consequences over time that needs to be addressed as it has challenged the existence of the company over time. However, the new CEO is up with the strategy to drop old and obsolete organizational structure by overcoming the communication issues at first place so that company can survive in the long run (Nelson & Cooper, 2007).
Hierarchy and authority problems: One of the primary reasons for implementing empowerment is to overcome the bureaucratic hierarchal structure that is prevalent in the organization. This structure has hampered company’s success over the years as it fails to incorporate and accommodate employees’ feedbacks, reactions and morale. Management is unable to take into consideration what employees feel and think of a particular decision or an ongoing process in the organization. Further, the centralized decision-making model that has practiced in the company for over the years now has now started to pose some serious challenges for the existence of the company as a whole (Lee & Allen, 2002). All major decision-making was concentrated to the top management only, as they made decisions based on their personal assessment and evaluation of the scenario. Since, these people are not in direct contact with their customers, they are unable to reflect their preferences and choices into the decision making model. As a result, they fail to introduce and implement strategies that are best reflective of company’s stakeholders resulting in some unfavourable circumstances over time. Similar is the situation with Electra Products, as the company’s bureaucratic structure has triggered them to focus over decentralized decision making and employee empowerment (Luthans & Church, 2002).
